Founded in 1996 in Nashik, The Dimensions has grown from a small design studio into one of Maharashtra's most respected architectural firms. With over 25 years of experience, we have shaped skylines and transformed spaces across Nashik, Pune, Mumbai, and beyond.

A Vision Built Over Decades

Sachin Bhattad founded The Dimensions in 1996 in Nashik with a singular vision — to create architecture that stands the test of time while serving the evolving needs of modern life. Trained in classical architectural principles and driven by a passion for innovation, he has led the firm from a small design studio to one of Maharashtra's most respected practices.

His portfolio spans luxury residences, commercial towers, industrial complexes, and institutional buildings across Nashik, Pune, Mumbai, and 10 cities nationwide. Every project under his direction reflects a meticulous attention to detail, a respect for context, and an unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Beyond design, Sachin is an active contributor to the architectural community, mentoring young architects and advocating for sustainable building practices in India's rapidly urbanising cities.
